Specialist-IT-Integration Architect
Job Description
What you’ll do:
A senior integration leader who combines architecture depth, delivery ownership, and operational excellence, capable of driving complex integration programs at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and develop integration delivery —from requirement discovery through go live and production support, setting clear expectations, prioritizing work, and enabling consistent delivery outcomes
• Partner with product teams, solution architects, Integration Architects, platform teams, security, and operations to align delivery execution with enterprise strategy and platform guardrails
• Lead and independently own integration designs across MuleSoft, IDMC, Apigee, SAP CPI, and Kafka.
• Provide delivery leadership during planning, solution design, and pre-execution phases, ensuring feasibility and execution readiness
• Act as the integration quality gatekeeper, overseeing SIT/UAT quality checks and defect management.
• Play a key role in go live planning, cutover execution, and stabilization.
• Own production integration support, driving incident analysis, root cause resolution, and continuous reliability improvements.
• Drive integration platform standardization and modernization.
• Establish delivery governance, quality controls, and risk management, holding teams accountable for outcomes
• Mentor team members, build delivery capability, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and accountability
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and delivery.
- Total Work experience between 15 to 20 years.
Skills:
• Strong hands on and architectural expertise in A2A, real time, and batch integrations, event driven architecture based integrations.
• Proven, hands on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Informatica IDMC.
• Deep understanding of API led and event driven integration architectures.
• Comfortable operating independently at an architect / delivery lead level.
• Strong focus on scalable design, quality, and production stability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross functional teams.
• Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee/Mulesoft.
• Good to know event driven integration architectures, including Kafka
