Your mission

  • Coordination of visa documentation for international new hires in Europe
  • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle of international staff, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Collaboration with our European branches to harmonize HR standards.
  • Maintenance of vehicle data and administrative support for leasing car management.

Your profile

  • Business fluency in German, Chinese, and English.
  • Professional experience in a similar role with a proven track record in handling visa and residence permit applications.
  • Proactive and service-oriented approach with a passion for supporting international colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working.
