Senior Technology Analyst

Analyze end‑to‑end business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital enablement. Design functional and technical solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards. Support solution architecture definition, including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies. Work closely with development, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams during solution implementation. Support technology initiatives across the full lifecycle: ideation, feasibility, design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization. Prepare effort estimates, timelines, and solution roadmaps for new demands and improvement initiatives. Contribute to agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) or traditional project governance as applicable. Ensure proper documentation of requirements, designs, interfaces, and operational procedures. Support knowledge transfer to support teams and business users. Support change management activities, training, and solution adoption. Responsible for 5S and housekeeping of the area. Assists in determining schedule and budget requirements Supports scopes, budgets and schedules for assignments. Design and conduct experiments and analyze and interpret data. Be responsible for conducting as well as owner of the RCAs. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 3 - 6 years of experience in project management Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken), French is a plus Experience working with global or multicultural teams is highly desirable Solid experience in large, complex, and enterprise‑scale environments.
