Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining each resident's dignity and independence
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding
Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes promptly to the licensed nursing staff
Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and requests
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
