1. Keep an eye on changes in banquet time, date, location, and guest numbers, and arrange staff service accordingly.
2. Be in charge of all seating charts, ensure thorough pre-meal preparations, and check the stewarding department's preparations in advance.
3. Assist your assistant or staff with setting up tables and cleaning.
4. Handle banquets for VIPs and pay close attention to any of their needs.
5. Ensure the banquet hall kitchen runs smoothly and coordinate with the executive chef to guarantee the dishes.
6. After the banquet, confirm that all banquet bills have been settled and are reflected in the accounts.
1. College degree or above. Have a sense of career ambition and responsibility, high professional ethics, and good discipline.
2. More than 2 years of restaurant management experience, with knowledge in restaurant management and marketing.
3. Familiar with restaurant service standards and requirements, understand banquet and meeting service procedures, and good at handling various customer issues.
4. Strong communication skills, good at evaluating, training, and motivating staff.
