What you will be doing:
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings and enquiries
- Prepare repair orders and clearly explain recommended work and costs
- Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress
- Keep customers informed throughout the service journey
- Identify and recommend additional maintenance and service opportunities
- Ensure all work is authorised, completed to dealership standards and delivered seamlessly

What you'll bring:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a dealership environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a professional approach
- Current driver's licence
- Australian working rights
