The Senior Warehouse Operative will play a key role in the day to day running of warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential. Experienced in coordinating warehouse operations by liaising with supervisors, operatives, and production staff to organise efficient work schedules and meet daily targets. Skilled in receiving and inspecting deliveries, accurately picking and packing orders, managing stock and inventory control, and preparing goods for dispatch in line with delivery schedules. Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners while maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance. Strong attention to detail in completing paperwork and digital records, with a collaborative approach to improving overall warehouse efficiency.
