General Labor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support our construction projects, ensuring efficient operations.

**Duties:**

- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks as assigned

- Assist in assembling and fabricating structures

- Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks

**Starting Pay**

-This is a 2nd shift position, working 3:30PM-12AM*** $18.27 /hour starting pay +$1.00/hr shift premium for 2nd shift and incentive pay.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a laborer role preferred

- Knowledge of mechanical processes and ability to use various tools

- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
