Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven, highly organized Program Coordinator to support the growth and optimization of the Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS).

In this role, you will act as the "engine room" for the RHLS Product Manager, transforming high-level product strategies into actionable digital experiences.

You will be responsible for executing in-platform messaging, tracking user behavior through data tagging, and ensuring all program administrative tasks are handled with precision.

What you will do:

  • Digital Adoption Management: Lead the implementation of in-app guides, and announcements using various tools. This includes tagging features for usage analytics and deploying targeted notifications to improve user retention.

  • Strategic Execution: Work closely with the RHLS Product Manager to implement new program initiatives, ensuring all product updates are communicated effectively to the subscriber base.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor RHLS usage metrics. Create and maintain dashboards to report on KPIs, user engagement trends, and the effectiveness of notification deployments.

  • A/B Test Management: Coordinate and execute A/B testing scenarios within the application. This includes setting up split tests for in-app guides, messaging styles, and user workflows to determine which variations drive the highest engagement and completion rates.

  • Program Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics of RHLS-related programs, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

  • Communication: Serve as a clear, concise liaison between product management, marketing, and technical teams.  Create and submit weekly status reports

What you will bring:

  • Technical Proficiency: Direct experience with Pendo (or similar Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe or Gainsight PX) is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in data visualization and excel. You should be comfortable "asking the data questions" to find out where users are getting stuck.

  • Adaptability: A proven ability to take direction from leadership and pivot quickly based on shifting product priorities.

  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, managing your own workflow without constant supervision.

  • Experimental Mindset: A basic understanding of the scientific method or A/B testing principles (e.g., control vs. variant groups).

  • Red Hat Familiarity: While not mandatory, a baseline understanding of the Red Hat ecosystem and enterprise learning subscriptions is a significant plus
