This position supports a 24/7 operation working a 3-2-2 schedule rotating 2 weeks 7a-7p then 2 weeks 7p-7a.   How you’ll make an impact… Comprehensive understanding of personal and machine-specific safety Maintain a safe, clean work environment Physically inspect, communicate, and troubleshoot the quality of product and customer/order specifications Retrieve order specs, documentation, and order data to/from SAP Assist in machine maintenance and perform periodic maintenance to the machine Move material to and around the paper mill and stock prep area   What do you bring… High School Diploma or GED Two years of manufacturing experience (paper mill experience preferred) Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper, and micrometer Ability to read work instructions and apply them to the job Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to train others and willingness to cross-train   What do we offer?
