ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE – Orthopedics Camden, NJ   The Bone Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a critical role in the expansion and further development of the Bone Health Program, supporting both inpatient and outpatient services with a strong emphasis on wellness, prevention, quality, and outcomes.   This role serves as a clinical cornerstone of the Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) and the Geriatric Hip Fracture Program, facilitating ambulatory fracture care, secondary fracture prevention, and longitudinal bone health management.
