What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.Responsibilities:
Achieve volume targets for channel of business
Achieve performance profit targets
Train and develop account management team
Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required and Vehicle required
4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required
2+ years previous experience in leadership role required
2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
