We are currently seeking an established, highly capable Dining Room Manager to lead our front of house service operations, champion our core values, and cultivate a culture of service excellence. What You’ll Do:

Master the Room: Take full ownership of daily dining room operations, ensuring member and guest service and product quality are consistently delivered at a world-class level.

Lead and Mentor: Act as the direct leader for the front-of-house service team—coaching, motivating, and developing staff to meet execution, sales, and service goals.

Drive Operational Excellence: Focus on flawless service execution, pristine club aesthetics, and premium food and beverage quality to enhance member engagement and club growth.

Business & Culture Alignment: Work closely with the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager to manage operational service flow, monitor shift metrics, and maintain a highly engaged, high retention workplace culture.
What You Bring:

The Background: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated management experience as a Dining Room Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager within a premier private golf club, luxury hotel, or upscale/fine dining environment.

The Skills: Deep understanding of premium service logistics, experience executing sophisticated Food & Beverage programs, and an extremely high attention to detail.

The Leadership Style: A proven history of service excellence, an exceptionally personable and commanding floor presence, and a talent for building high-performance teams with a professional and positive attitude.
