About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
5 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience in IP field
Good understanding of the Trademark process and team interdependencies
Proficient MS Office skills
Proficient level of English

What will you be doing in this role?
Be responsible for achieving KPIs such as SLA, Lead Time, OPE, Utilization, Quality, and overall efficiency; work with the team to track performance metrics and develop preventive and corrective action plans, including cross-utilization where needed
Prepare project plans, ensure governance on key initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement and communication to support business success
Drive process improvements, new initiatives, and automation efforts; implement solutions to mitigate operational issues
Anticipate hiring needs and drive recruitment to secure the right talent
Drive colleague engagement within the team and across the broader group
Manage people-related processes, including performance discussions, coaching, mentoring, tracking team progress, handling escalations, and acting as a communication channel between the team and stakeholders
Conduct performance reviews (mid-year and year-end), address performance concerns, and support succession planning
About the Team
The team consists of Service Operations IP Analyst, Senior IP Analyst, IP Lead, IP SME and Team Manager. You will be leading a team of 12-15 FTEs and professionals, setting it up in a way that this team delivers on the objectives described above. This is a Team Manager role within Service Operations, responsible for the Trademark Renewals service.

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
