This role supports go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution through data-driven insights, operational coordination, and launch planning. The analyst works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure successful product or program launches.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of GTM strategies, including product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to monitor key GTM metrics such as pipeline generation, conversion rates, revenue impact, and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on launch timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; track progress and proactively mitigate risks
- Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate success against KPIs and recommend optimization strategies
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in GTM operations, business analytics, or strategy roles preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented mindset
