- Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conducts interviews and selects candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinates onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
- Provides ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Enforces personnel policies and employee relations laws to maintain a fair and compliant workplace.
- Addresses disciplinary issues and implements corrective actions as necessary.
- Evaluates employee performance through regular assessments and feedback.
- Monitors employee attendance, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Fosters a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
- Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required]
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook [Required]
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software programs. [Required]
- Aptitude for strong organizational skills [Required]
- Ability to work with people of various backgrounds. [Required]
- Medical office management experience [Preferred]
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Associate [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in health administration, education, business, or related field

Pay Range:
