Flagstar Rehab is Seeking Travel Physical Therapists for Long Term Care / Behavioral Health facility in Lander, WY.

Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $42/hr

Physical Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Wyoming PT license or ability to obtain
• Must have a tax home 50+ miles from facility
• Acts as an active member of an interdisciplinary team for a caseload of residents.
• Provide assessments, document intervention plans, and track progress.
• Provide therapeutic activities that will improve daily living skills, vocational skills, and leisure skills and enhance functional performance.
• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.
• Ability to work with and around residents who may display challenging behaviors.

Physical Therapist Schedule and Benefits:

• Assignment length: 13 weeks (Maximum assignment length: 6 months)
