We are seeking a Manager, Financial Operations & Strategic Initiatives, to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role will support a high-priority Dealer Integration initiative and act as a key bridge between Finance and cross-functional teams.

As a dedicated project resource, you will provide financial oversight and expertise to ensure consistent, controlled, and scalable financial operations across multiple advisor platforms. You will play a critical role in identifying risks, shaping solutions, and supporting the successful delivery of integration milestones.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Provide financial expertise and advisory support on integration initiatives, including accounting, money movement, commissions, and system flows
  • Support Dealer platform integration and process harmonization across business units
  • Lead current-state process mapping and gap analysis within financial operations
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of future-state standardized processes
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and operational impacts related to integration activities
  • Support process engineering, testing, and implementation phases of the project
  • Collaborate with Finance, Wealth, Dealer Operations, and Technology teams
  • Represent Financial Operations in project forums, planning sessions, and decision discussions
  • Drive process efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

What You Bring

 

  • Strong expertise in financial operations, accounting, and internal controls
  • Ability to analyze complex scenarios and make sound, risk-informed recommendations
  • Proven experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in process improvement, transformation, or integration initiatives
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, project-based environment

 

Qualifications

 

  • 6–9+ years of experience in financial operations, business analysis, or related roles
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or integration initiatives
  • Wealth management industry experience is preferred
  • CPA designation is an asset

The base salary for this position is between $90,400 - $140,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
