Restaurant Supervisor, Brew Brothers Sports Bar

The Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant Manager with the overall activities of the restaurant operation, focusing on the service functions of the bar and dining room. In this position you can expect to work afternoons and evening shifts and your scheduled days off likely will occur on weekdays (ie Mon-Tue or Tues-Wed for instance) You will begin accruing paid time off hours on your first day of employment and you will be eligible for many best in class benefits after reaching 90 days of employment. This position will start at $24hr. 

• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads‑up, ready‑to‑serve attitude. Keeps personal phones “backstage” in non‑guest areas.

• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

•  Support day-to-day restaurant operations in alignment with established policies, procedures, and service standards. 

•  Lead by example to drive exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and team morale. 

• Build and maintain strong guest relationships through active floor presence, table touches, and service recovery. 

• Oversee cash handling, end-of-shift audits, reconciliations, and required financial documentation. 

• Train, coach, and guide team members to meet performance, service, and operational expectations. 

• Ensure compliance with health codes, safety standards, and departmental policies at all times. 

• Address and resolve food, service, or guest experience issues through collaborative problem-solving. 

• Manage staffing needs including shift meetings, section assignments, preliminary interviews, and timekeeping accuracy. 

• Support inventory, ordering, maintenance requests, administrative systems, and operations across Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
