We are looking for a Program Control Analyst (PCA) to join our Intel Solutions team to support globally dispersed contracts. This position offers the opportunity to learn government contracting and the financial support provided to these contracts. You will work with senior leadership to identify opportunities to integrate emerging analytic tools and AI into daily workflows and dashboards to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.
Program Control responsibilities include providing financial analytic support which includes financial monitoring and reporting, forecasting, and cost estimating while maintaining compliance with established business standards and accounting principles.

This position interacts with various functional teams, along with a team of other Analysts, in executing scope under the contract in order to adequately report performance against plan to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. You will be responsible for supporting cross-functional program teams, supporting program managers and program directors with detailed and accurate financial analysis while communicating financial status to all levels of the organization.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to know when to ask questions about policies and procedures to ensure proper guidance
  • Ability to quickly learn industry practices and standards as well as company policies
  • Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools to streamline repetitive financial reporting processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated willingness to adopt AI-driven productivity tools to optimize business outcomes
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
  • Related Microsoft Certifications
  • Passion for growing technology and AI capabilities


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
