At Signode, we’re accelerating growth across our Packaging Business in the Asia Pacific region and are looking for a passionate, high-impact marketing professional to lead this journey.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, driving market influence, and creating measurable business impact across a diverse and dynamic region.
What You’ll Own
Develop and execute the APAC digital growth strategy for our Packaging Business
Lead regional exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads
Build thought leadership around sustainable packaging, innovation, and the circular economy
Drive B2B demand generation through digital channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing
Create compelling sales enablement content, digital assets, and storytelling tools that support business growth
Lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement, including digital sales enablement platforms
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Industrial, Packaging, Manufacturing, Automation, or related sectors
Strong expertise across both digital marketing and event-led demand generation
A builder’s mindset with experience creating growth programs from scratch
Ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional and regional stakeholders
Results-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
