As a Resourcing and Deployment - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to validate the right talent is in the right place at the right time. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections with stakeholders, anticipate the needs of your teams, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality outcomes. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts, interpret feedback, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, enhancing employee skills and knowledge. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and development initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform workforce planning and resource allocation decisions
- Coordinating staff and resources to validate timely and efficient project execution
- Developing staffing models and plans to support business performance management and strategic forecasting
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Building meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance team development and management
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and support personal growth
- Responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs within the organization
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
