Software Engineer II

Job Summary : SEACORP's Software Engineering Services Business Area is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Middletown, RI. This role offers a hybrid work environment, balancing remote productivity with essential on-site collaboration at our facility and customer sites. In this role, you will design and build critical desktop applications and modern frontend user interfaces while interacting directly with Navy customers and stakeholders to translate their mission needs into intuitive software solutions. Job Responsibilities Include: Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and maintain front-end user interfaces and desktop applications. Implement intuitive, responsive UI designs based on customer feedback and team guidelines. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code utilizing modern frameworks. Support backend engineering team members to ensure seamless integration and overall system performance. Participate in customer-facing discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and product demonstrations alongside team peers.
