Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage cases from inception through trial. This role involves hands-on litigation, client interaction, and courtroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle cases through all stages of litigation.
- Court Appearances: Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Legal Drafting: Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
- Client Communication: Provide updates and guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years litigation experience.
- License: Active CA Bar required.

Compensation
$120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
