Job Description
•Carrying out and being responsible for administrative functions, operational activities and smooth service in the Outpatient Unit as well as providing staff development which includes quality and discipline as well as establishing good relationships and communication with all specialist doctors who practice in the Outpatient Unit.
•Responsible for all administrative, financial issues and Responsible for all administrative, financial issues and the smooth running of services in the Outpatient Services Department.
•Make specialist doctor practice schedules and monitor the presence of specialist doctors in the Outpatient Services Department
•Monitor staff activities and work mechanisms.
•Coordination of work and personnel to expedite service activities in the Outpatient Services Department together with other departments.
•Carry out planning for each procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the Outpatient Services Department
•All Departments are under the AMA Division
•Nursing Division Head
•RMO
•Specialist
•Hospital Accreditation Organization

•Patients and Families
•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Medicine/Hospital Administration
•Medicine/Hospital Administration
•Have minimum 5 years work experience in Hospital services (especially in the Outpatient area)
•Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team and drive departmental success.
•Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
•In-depth knowledge of outpatient service operations, including patient care, scheduling, and resource management
•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Medicine/Hospital Administration
•Have minimum 5 years work experience in Hospital services (especially in the Outpatient area)
