General Function
Welcome and orient guests to the tennis facility and services. Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels and assistance with equipment, arrangements with courts, ball machines and court bookings.
Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Experience
Guest facing customer service experience with 3 months of employment in a similar or related position with Four Seasons or other hospitality based organizations
Skills & Abilities:
Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, maintain professionalism and composure in a high-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable training and leading lesser experienced attendants
Essential Functions
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their tennis experience in collaboration with all tennis staff led by the Head Tennis Professional. Providing equipment, explanation of services, water and service, towels and adequate comfort.
Manage the tennis shop frequently cleaning the facility both inside and out. This includes breaking down and setting up courts, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down all surfaces and organizing the retail areas. Additionally keeps the back room stocked with water, coconut water, towels and other areas clean and tidy.
Answering telephone and taking reservations according to Four Seasons' standards. Entering detailed guest information into the reservation system and being generally social and pleasant, answering questions and providing information about the resort, our services, directions and information about local experiences.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of tennis and pickleball programs. Anticipate the needs of guests, respond accordingly to guest inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name and utilize the guest’s name consistently.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and Managers.
