Job Title: SCM Data Analyst Associate
Department:Procurement
Reports To: Chief Supply Chain Officer
Job Overview: Unigen is seeking an SCM Data Analyst Associate to support the Global Supply Chain Management team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting supply chain data. This role will help maintain data integrity, develop dashboards and KPI reports, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze supply chain data.
- Monitor data integrity and identify trends to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
- Assist with item master and supply master data maintenance.
- Create and maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Support project tracking and supply chain reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of data analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Epicor, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, planning, or manufacturing operations.
