Quality Lead

The Quality Lead supports the Quality Manager by overseeing daily quality inspection activities, coordinating team workflow, and ensuring adherence to Orizon’s goal to “Always Deliver a Quality Product on Time.” This position works closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to maintain consistent quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and support Ultra C-Lean culture. In addition to performing advanced inspection duties, the Quality Lead provides daily guidance to team members, conducts performance reviews, and assists in training and coaching within the Quality team.
