Job Description
Manage end to end HR operations including payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, contracts, policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax, social security, work permits, visas, and government regulations Maintain employee records, HR documentation, reports, personnel files, and internal communications Coordinate visa processing, travel, relocation, and expatriate employee support Manage general office administration and liaise with authorities, service providers, and stakeholders Visit project sites as and when required to provide HR and administrative support
