Job Summary
In this hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote), you will be leading Engineering activities, such as engineering projects and processes, NPI projects, Leading HS&E activities and more.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within Engineering. Formulate, plan, and execute completion of projects in conjunction with technical leads to targeted timelines in a manner compliant to applicable governance policies and procedures. Responsible for compiling reporting status and critical issues to management and customers. Provides analysis for project plans and schedules to identify critical path(s), optimize plans, facilitate discussions between team members. In addition, perform validation of manufacturing equipment, issue documentation such as: validation reports/ protocols, SOP’s and Technical docs, on site production support inc. machine repair, failure investigation and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage High volume cross functional and cross organizational engineering projects.
- Plan, track, and manage program schedules in DevOps and Microsoft Project.
- Drives transparency of program workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations. Analyze, Forecast and Report the program budget.
- Monitor resource needs and issues, work closely with resource managers to develop action plans to ensure program commitments remain on track. Compliments team deficiencies and drives financial accountability
- Support the development of business cases on assigned programs and track ROI for business initiatives including cost, benefits, and risk.
- Knowledge transfer and updating from R&D to Production Floor, for new products, new manufacturing process, new equipment, machines.
Education
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering required
Work Experience
- Experience: at least 5-8 years in similar roles:
Managing cross organizational large-scale projects in matrix structure with a multidisciplinary team (Engineering, QA, R&D, RA etc.). Responsible and accountable to meet project scope , timeline And budget. Experience in using project management tool such as MS Project.
Experience in process engineering based on manufacturing automation (assembly and packaging machine), experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), experience in writing technical docs in english such as validation protocol, report, technical docs, SOP’s ad more. “Hands on” experience in repairing Automated machinery equipment.
