BASIC FUNCTION: The Experience Center F&B Manager is responsible for assisting and overseeing areas of F&B operations with primary focus on the front of house ensuring the highest level of standards are delivered consistently creating WoW guest experiences. The position will also assist in forecasting, planning and management of all F&B orders, staff and accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three years restaurant experience preferred.
Minimum of one year department supervisory experience required.
Minimum of one year bartending experience, preferred.
Introductory Sommelier certificate, preferred.
Meet City and State Food Sanitation Requirements.
Current Food Handlers and TIPS/Bassett
Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 100 lbs. (NOTE: kitchen equipment & food and non-food items).
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language; i.e. follow written and verbal directions, count accurately, along with must be able to read and write.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Carry out the policies and procedures of World of Whirlpool and Benchmark Hospitality, while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standard of service.
Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the World of Whirlpool, including demonstrational kitchens, storage areas, event spaces and side stations.
Monitor, maintain, and critique food quality and service levels.
Hire and maintain training for all front of the house staff.
Scheduling of staff according to occupancy level and forecasting, along with monitoring payroll and revenue.
Monitor all current inventories (liquor, beer, wine, food, etc.) and the ordering of new products.
Responsible for daily paperwork including closing checklist, inventories, food handlers’ license, etc.
Assist guests / staff with trouble shooting any problems that may occur.
Communicate with the planning managers on upcoming events.
Attending department head, conference review, food and beverage and pre-con meetings, as required.
Holding daily lineups to communicate information regarding upcoming events and training
Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.
Maintain a good working relationship with all Departments within Benchmark Hospitality & Whirlpool.
