Food and Beverage Supervisor

This position is responsible for supervision of restaurant, bar, and room service operations, including adherence to health regulations. Supervises assigned staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations. Works with management to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality. • Supervises the food & beverage staff to ensure department operates efficiently and business goals are achieved. • Attends appropriate meetings and communicates effectively with all responsible staff to ensure guest and employee needs are met. • Is present on the restaurant floor during peak business hours. • Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant as needed.• Accountable for gue
