
Head of IT Governance & Performance

Responsibilities:
Lead vendor, contract, and license management across all IT domains - Deliverable: Cost and license transparency & governance
Drive vendor oversight and performance management - Deliverable: Vendor oversight with SLA compliance and cost optimization
Establish and lead operations process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives - Deliverable: Continuous improvement of IT processes and efficiency gains
Develop and manage KPI tracking and performance scorecard - Deliverable: KPI performance scorecard with regular reporting to executive leadership
Oversee PMO functions for IT initiatives (transfer from Business Transformation) and coordinate with CFO for cost control - Deliverable: Cost control, budget transparency, and PMO governance
Qualifications:
University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
> 10 years, preferable automotive & IT transformation experience
Functional knowledge: In-depth (own discipline), substantial (other discipline)
Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business models and strategies
IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)
Vendor and contract management best practices
Software license management and optimization (SAP, Microsoft, cloud services)
Financial management: budgeting, cost control, chargeback models
KPI development and performance scorecard methodologies
Process excellence and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
PMO frameworks and project portfolio management
Audit and compliance standards (SOX, ISO, GDPR)
Stakeholder management and executive reporting
Data analysis and business intelligence tools
Proficient level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome Leadership:
Proactive leadership role within the business and IT organization
Input on IT architecture and strategy
Senior Expert guidance / internal and external thought leader
Trains/mentors Team Lead, (Senior) professional & Junior professional
Ability to be the "change influencer" for business
