Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for leading all post award activities from preferred bidder/award through EPC Agreement execution, LNTP/FNTP, and handover to Operations. This role ensures continuity from the bid phase by preserving commercial intent, managing risk, and translating the awarded proposal into a fully executable project plan.

The Preconstruction Manager serves as the primary owner of EPC Agreement negotiations, constructability alignment, procurement buy out, and execution planning, setting the project up for safe, predictable, and profitable delivery.
