Regional Operations Officer- Territorial Savings

We are seeking a Regional Operations Officer to support our Operations Transformation Department. In this role, the Regional Operations Officer will serve as an operational leader, coordinating efforts with regional partners to increase operational efficiency and resolve issues impacting branch operations. Through resourcefulness and creative problem-solving, this role provides support, coaching, and guidance to branch personnel on operational and service excellence matters. The position will also assess operational risks, including reputational risk, and provide conclusive support to branch and regional teams at all levels.
