Job Description
The Analyst – Executive Reporting, LIF Planning & Forecasting plays a critical role within the Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) team, supporting Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS). GSOP enables operational excellence, delivers exceptional merchant and partner experiences, and drives performance management to support GMNS in achieving its long-term strategic objectives.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance management, and executive engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with business acumen and storytelling capabilities to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
The successful candidate will lead executive reporting, oversee target consolidation and long-range planning processes, and support forecast reviews for senior stakeholders across regions.
- Executive Reporting Leadership
Lead the development and delivery of monthly executive KPI reporting for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance. - Planning & Target Consolidation
Partner closely with regional stakeholders to consolidate targets, short-term forecasts, and long-range plans (LRP), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. - Executive-Level Communications
Develop high-impact presentations tailored for senior audiences, with a strong emphasis on structured thinking, clarity, and visual storytelling. - Performance Insights & Analytics
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that inform executive decision-making and drive business outcomes. - Scorecard & KPI Governance
Support the design, enhancement, and ongoing management of performance scorecards, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and timeliness. - Stakeholder & Process Management
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across a matrixed global environment.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), performance management, consulting or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of KPI governance, performance management frameworks, and planning processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and results orientation.
