Temporary CADRE Supervisor

The CADRE Supervisor reports directly to the Program Director and provides hands‑on leadership for staff supporting CaliforniansForAll (CADRE) participants between two grants within our Youth WIOA employment program. This position oversees daily CADRE operations, supervises program staff, and ensures high‑quality implementation of both field‑based and classroom‑based program components. The CADRE Supervisor regularly travels to CADRE sites to observe program delivery, support staff and participants in the field, and maintain strong relationships with host sites and partners.
