Objetivo del Puesto
Revisión, seguimiento y actualización continua al Sistema de Calidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares IATF 16949, corporativos MQS y del cliente.
Escolaridad
Título y Cédula Profesional en Ingeniero Mecánico, Ingeniero Industrial en Manufactura, Ingeniero Industrial en sistemas de preferencia.
Experiencia Requerida
De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en sistemas de calidad (IATF 16949/ ISO9001), o en puestos de aseguramiento / control de calidad, preferiblemente automotriz.
Conocimientos Específicos
1) Técnicos
- Auditor líder / interno en IATF 16949
- Experto en procesos de auditorías internas a Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad IATF-16949
- Requerimientos Especificos de Cliente
- Core Tools (MSA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC)
- GD&T (basico)
- CQ´s -15 Soldaura, CQI-09 tamiento termico
- CQI-14 (deseable)
- Conocimientos Lean Manufacturing,
- Solving Problem Methodology.
- Conocimiento en VDA 6.3
- Auditor Certificado en VDA 6.3 (deseable).
- Control de documentos
2) Administrativos
- Experto en planeación de auditorías internas y seguimiento a no conformidades.
- Analítico: sintetiza información compleja o diversa; Recopila e investiga datos; Utiliza la intuición y la experiencia para complementar los datos; Diseña flujos de trabajo y procedimientos.
- Trabajar en equipo, ser proactivo, facilidad de comunicación.
3) Idiomas
Inglés mín. 85 %.
