Job Description: The Insights Manager will play a key role in the delivery of PS&E's measurement and reporting programme, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that help clients understand value, performance, and opportunities across their sponsor Publicis Sport & Entertainment (PS&E) is looking for an Insights Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role sits at the intersection of data and insight, product, and project management within the sports sponsorship sector. You'll play a hands-on role in the delivery of our measurement and reporting programme, spanning sport and entertainment exposure measurement and valuation, brand tracking, and landscape research, across a growing portfolio of sponsorship clients. With support from senior leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality work, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring our clients receive best-in-class reporting and strategic recommendations. This is a great opportunity for a curious individual with a passion for sport, a solid foundation in data and client service, and a desire to deepen their experience across project management, sponsorship measurement, and sports marketing. Core Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery Manage end-to-end delivery of sponsorship measurement projects against agreed timelines and KPIs. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ways-of-working documents, and polished client-facing materials. Coordinate cross-functional workflows across internal agency teams, external vendors, and technology partners — including running regular WIPs, briefing, QA, and issue resolution. Ensure financial accuracy across budget management and revenue forecasting. Insights & Reporting Manage, interpret, and analyse data, including audience measurement, media exposure, valuation outputs and survey results. Validate data and manage ongoing reporting delivery, including periodic in-depth reports. Identify patterns and opportunities within data, creating meaningful and actionable insights that improve and optimise sponsorships. Contribute to insight summaries, narrative development, and presentation preparation for stakeholders. Product Development & Innovation Support implementation & evolution of PS&E's measurement product vision, contributing to the design and delivery of market-leading solutions Help identify opportunities to incorporate measurement solutions into new and existing client engagements. Identify and recommend improvements to product processes, reporting workflows, and delivery frameworks to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability. Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects that support PS&E's growth and product roadmap Client Service Support the day-to-day management of select sponsorship clients, working directly with client team members, executing deliverables, and providing strategic recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. Manage internal and external WIPs, meeting cadences, and follow-ups across the client portfolio. Support approvals processes, provide strategic overlay on reporting outputs, and manage escalations as needed. Maintain strong day-to-day client relationships and proactively resolve issues Experience: 3–5 years' experience in a data delivery, analytics, project management, or client service role within a client-facing environment — ideally within a media agency, sports agency, or sport research and analytics business. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working with data — you can QA, validate, and interpret data sets with accuracy and attention to detail. Confident communicator who can translate complex data into clear, client-ready outputs that meet agency-quality standards. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data platforms or dashboards is a plus. A genuine interest in sport, sponsorship, and the media landscape. Collaborative mindset — comfortable working across teams, agencies, and external partners.
