Your career in Land Securement
As part of our development activities in the Philippines, we are building a strong Land Securement team and are looking for experienced professionals at different levels to support the successful development and execution of our renewable energy projects in the area.
We are currently accepting applications for the following roles:

Locations:
We are hiring for the following locations:
- Bulalacao, Mindoro
- Daanbantayan, Cebu
- Kalayaan, Laguna
Contract type:
All Land Securement positions are based in the project area and will be hired under a project-based contract aligned with project development timelines. The positions will be hired under Acciona Energía and will have access to our range of employee benefits, including HMO and life insurance.
About your role in Land Securement
Land securement is a critical function in enabling the development and construction of renewable energy projects. The team is responsible for ensuring that land rights, access, and agreements are properly secured, enabling projects to move from development into construction safely, legally, and in close collaboration with local communities.
Depending on the level of the role, responsibilities will range from hands-on execution and documentation to coordination and team leadership.
- Land Securement Team Lead: Provide overall coordination of land securement activities, lead the team in Bulalacao, ensure alignment with project timelines, and act as the main interface with internal project leadership and external stakeholders.
- Land Securement Senior Officer: Take ownership of more complex negotiations, due diligence processes, stakeholder management, and coordination with government agencies and internal project teams.
- Land Securement Assistant / Officer: Focus on supporting land acquisition activities, documentation, stakeholder coordination, data management, and field support activities.
Land Securement Key Responsibilities (depending on level)
- Identification, negotiation, and securing of land for project development, including lease and purchase agreements.
- Conducting land due diligence, including review of land titles, tax declarations, encumbrances, and ROW requirements.
- Supporting permitting and compliance processes with local government units and national agencies (e.g., DENR, DAR, Registry of Deeds, BIR).
- Conducting site inspections, mapping, and boundary verification using GIS/GPS tools.
- Managing land data, documentation, and reporting with high accuracy.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement with landowners, local communities, and government entities in coordination with CSR and external affairs teams.
- Contributing to issue resolution to ensure project timelines are maintained.
- Providing regular updates and reports on land securement progress and risks.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in land securement, land acquisition, stakeholder management, or related legal/field roles.
- Experience with land documentation, titling, or due diligence processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to engage landowners, communities, and government agencies.
- Understanding of property law, land titling procedures, and regulatory frameworks in the Philippines.
- Familiarity with survey plans, mapping tools, and GIS/GPS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple field activities and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a field-based environment.
