About the Position
Dexis is seeking Partnership Coordinator/Research Analyst II to support anticipated programming with the Department of Labor (DOL). This opportunity will support the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) in providing comprehensive operational, analytical, and program support services to develop and support the Artificial Intelligence Workforce Hub.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Manages the AI Workforce Hub’s partner pipeline and contribution process, including identifying and conducting outreach to prospective partners and shaping clear, actionable requests for data and other contributions.
- Supports the development and management of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and maintains structured records to track engagement and contribution status.
- Ensures consistent follow-up to convert partner interest into specific, usable contributions while keeping multiple processes moving simultaneously.
- Translates the Hub’s research and policy priorities into clear, partner-facing materials and requests.
- Manages complex external relationships and coordinates effectively across Government staff, private sector partners, and other stakeholders.
- Produces high-quality written communications, demonstrating strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Develops briefing materials and supports the organization of meetings and events.
- Supports external relationship management through CRM platforms or similar tools.
Qualifications
- A minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, external partnerships, policy or program operations, business development support, research operations, or related work.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining trackers, databases, work plans, or similar systems used to manage multi-party processes.
- Demonstrated experience preparing agendas, summaries, briefing materials, correspondence, or other written products for internal or external audiences.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with private sector engagement, data-sharing relationships, technology issues, or workforce and education policy is preferred.
