As a Contract Management Senior Associate, you are primarily responsible for facilitating contract intake requests (logging, tracking, categorizing, request completeness checks), managing contract timelines and system administrative tasks, and assisting Contract Admin Specialists in drafting low to medium risk contracts. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to team process improvements and provide team reports on timeliness and efficiency, as needed.
Position Responsibilities
Draft low risk/medium risk vendor contracts
Edit vendor contracts as needed based on stakeholder feedback
Respond to contract requests from internal business and legal stakeholders
Facilitate contract intake (i.e. gather contract information from the business in order to complete contract drafting)
Highlight risk and potential issues on contract requirements and recommend steps to reduce contract risks.
Perform special projects such as contract analysis, contract reporting, etc.
Administer contracts through Google contracting systems
Support on any contract management and administration related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years of experience working in contracts administration, contracts management and or related legal fields.
Experience working with vendor contracts, including drafting and amending standard templates.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Legal experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Experience drafting and reviewing vendor supplier contracts
Strong ability to communicate with business users, legal and procurement staff, and business leaders
Strong collaboration and customer service skills
