Job Description
As a Graduate Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll develop very fast into a future leader! What will you do?
- Gain a deep understanding of production logistics operations and workflows
- Support planning and optimization of daily operations and capacity utilization
- Collaborate with experienced leaders and gradually take on responsibility
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and, over time, clients
- Contribute to reporting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn how KPIs drive business performance and efficiency
- Work closely with support functions (e.g. quality, maintenance, training) in a matrix organization
- Develop leadership skills by supporting and motivating teams
What are we looking for?
- Recent graduate (obtained within the last 12 months)
- High level of motivation and ambition to build a career in logistics
- Strong interest in supply chain, operations, or the automotive industry
- Confident communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Proactive mindset and openness to a dynamic, fast-growing organization
