
General Manager
Job Description
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, production management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to achieve organizational goals. This position will select and manage a leadership team of functional managers to meet short and long-term goals of the organization. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and accurate flow of information between location and corporate office and will require leadership of and participation in various corporate initiatives. The role is to oversee employees at the respective plant and directly report to the SVP of Operations.
