Job Description
• Answering Inbound Calls and addressing clients queries making Outbound Calls for collections and informing them regarding pending EMI and also doing sales pitch for various products.
• Following up on cases and get it closed within defined TAT
• Liaise with Department in resolving the cases.

• Has customer centricity (Keeps the Customer First) in all perspective
• Has good communication skills (written and verbal)
