This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Business Development Manager New Spaces in Eindhoven with Signify in the Intelligent Buildings team.
Identify and qualify Emerging Spaces opportunities (beyond lighting), manage and build a qualified opportunity pipeline.
Driving growth for Emerging spaces for Europe with the regional end-user and CSI team.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships in your region.
Support M&A exploration with market and business insights.
Drive early market validation and pilot projects.
Enable market activation with partners and regions by providing training, marketing, and project/customer support.

Deep understanding of customer needs and various stakeholders in the smart building ecosystem, with strong skills in connecting with customers, ideally supported by direct sales experience.
Commercial, sales track record in selling services and growing new businesses.

Strong ecosystem and partnership management skills.
Highly adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
