Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our amazing Food and Beverage team as a Server.
As a server, you create exceptional, personalized dining experiences through genuine care, and thoughtful anticipation of our guests' needs.
What you will do
Curate each guest interaction by confidently presenting menu offerings with engaging descriptions of ingredients, origins, and preparation, while ensuring accurate order entry, seamless timing, and impeccable delivery.
Proactively read guest needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and respond with urgency to ensure every guest feels cared for and valued.
Accurately manage guest checks, process payments efficiently, and handle adjustments or complimentary items with integrity and attention to detail.
What you will bring
Knowledge of MICROS preferred
One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage, Fine Dining preferred
Required Certifications- TIPS and ServSafe certifications
Work authorization in the United States
What to Expect
Work a flexible schedule, 6 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. daily, that includes weekends and holidays.
