
Food & Nutrition Tech-Dishwasher, Part Time, First Shift
Job Description
Part time, first shift, 8:00AM-3:00PM Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing soiled pots, pans, smallware and utensils professional and friendly manner. Responsible for trash removal, floor care, bathroom sanitation and cleanliness. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Records food service and DHEC logs and records. Upholds all DHEC/DNV regulation in regard to food safety, facility upkeep, cleaning and sanitation. Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in work area. Upholds proper personal and hand hygiene practices at all times. Relays any identified problems to a department leader in a timely manner. Must be flexible with schedule times. These responsibilities contribute to meeting the nutrition needs of the patients and all others served.
