We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Manager to lead the development of innovative, customer-centric solutions that address complex business and technology challenges. In this strategic role, you will engage directly with customers, sales teams, delivery organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape solution strategies, drive technical leadership, and support business growth.
What you will do
- Lead customer engagements to understand technology strategies, business objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities.
- Drive end-to-end solution development aligned with customer requirements and Ericsson's portfolio strategy.
- Evaluate customer environments, architectures, business processes, and future roadmaps to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Act as the solution lead for strategic opportunities, ensuring solution completeness, competitiveness, and technical integrity.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, delivery, product, and domain experts to create innovative and differentiated customer solutions.
- Develop solution scope, architecture, implementation approach, assumptions, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. Support opportunity qualification, bid management, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Build compelling business cases, value propositions, and technical justifications to support customer investment decisions.
- Provide leadership and guidance during solution implementation, ensuring alignment between design and delivery.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities to expand Ericsson's footprint within customer accounts.
- Mentor and coach solution architects and technical specialists across the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, market developments, and customer challenges.
