You will partner closely with executive leaders, board members, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-impact recruitment solutions. The work is highly relational and advisory in nature, requiring strong judgment, empathy, and a deep understanding of values-based hiring. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from executive leadership to program, development, and operations positions. Operating in a fully remote and flexible environment, you will play a key role in strengthening organizations that serve communities across North America.
